UN STUDY: GENERATIVE AI IS NOT A JOB KILLER

According to a UN study, AI is not a job killer: but about 1/4 of office jobs will be affected. The proportion of jobs affected by AI will be twice as high for women than for men, due to the high proportion of women in office jobs.

“Generative AI and Jobs: A global analysis of the potential impact on the quantity and quality of jobs” was the title of a study by the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva, which scientifically analyzed how ChatGPT & Co. will change the world of work.

NTV News reports: AI will “allow activities to be complemented rather than replaced”.
