As CEO of IDEASCANNER, Melanie Stütz makes business ideas quickly measurable for the first time. With IDEASCANNER SaaS, the “pre-flight check” for business models, she drives entrepreneurial thinking in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship education. Melanie grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and has a business and data science background. She is an entrepreneur, adventurer and pilot.

As part of the Weltflug.tv co-production with ARD, she was the first female pilot to fly across five continents in a “flying car” together with her husband, Andreas G. Stütz. Thereby, they worked together with the children’s charity terre des hommes to promote the education of children worldwide. Previously, she worked at Microsoft’s German headquarters, Unisys in Madrid, Siemens in Regensburg, an advertising agency in Beijing and a company builder in Munich.

In 2019, Mel was voted one of the top 80 minds in Munich’s digital and creative scene. Since 2020, she has been active as a partner, jury and mentor for the evaluation of business ideas for, among others, the European Commission, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Women in AI.
